Job Well Done Awards

Grayson Matthew Ketron

College of the Ozarks
grayson

Grayson Ketron has done an amazing job in his role as a student director of the Leadership Development Track. He has excellent interpersonal skills that he uses competently in dealing with people of all ages. He has a “can do” attitude and seems to enjoy and thrive on a challenge. Grayson stays a step ahead, communicating what he has completed and what he needs to get done next. I believe Grayson is the ideal student worker in that he is a self-starter, fast learner and always willing to help others. Despite his very full schedule, he continually excels at his work projects and treats everyone he is assisting with respect and compassion. Grayson is great with tasks and has also grown into a great mentor for a number of student’s intent on growing in their personal leadership. As he prepares to enter the workforce, his focus and attention to detail will enhance any team that he is associated with. He is highly motived, has a great work ethic and is incredibly responsible.

UNIFIED BY PURPOSE

OUR WORK COLLEGE MEMBERS

There are currently ten federally recognized Work Colleges, and nine are members of the Work Colleges Consortium. These institutions are small, private, liberal arts colleges with modest enrollments that range from about 150 to approximately 1,600 students. Each school is unique and operates the work program in a slightly different fashion. However, “work-learning-service” is a central component of each Work College. Student work, coupled with robust academics and a spirit of service, is the common denominator shared by all the Work Colleges.
