Ruramai is mature, professional, intelligent, and trustworthy. She is a motivated, self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done. Rather she sees things that could be improved and takes it upon herself to fix them. But Ruramai is not just a do-er. She has all the qualities of a true leader. I believe that she motivates the people around her with her positive attitude and her self-confidence.
I feel extremely lucky that Ruramai was assigned to my work area as a freshman. I’m trying to give her as many challenging tasks and roles as I can to keep her inquisitive mind satisfied. She is like a sponge, always wanting to learn and absorb more.
