Caitlyn Smith is an exceptional student worker. Caitlyn has worked in the Biology Department for five semesters. As a nursing major, she possesses copious desirable student worker qualities. First, she is one hundred percent reliable. This includes the fact that she is always right on time and completes all tasks by her stated deadlines. Second, Caitlyn is interpersonally mature well beyond her years. She never complains, and chooses a positive mood, even when faced with chaotic situations at the end of the semester. Caitlyn demonstrates consistent patience with all students and communicates to them in a sincere and effective manner. Finally, Caitlyn shows extraordinary initiative. This young woman never sits around; she finds work to do. In fact, she initiated ordering equipment/supplies and providing administrative support for the department. She has excelled in these duties in a consistent manner. In short, Caitlyn is a student worker with a tremendous work ethic. She excels in every aspect of her job.
